Booking Policy

1. Introduction

At Midnight Water Network Analysis, we aim to provide high-quality water network analysis services to our clients. To ensure smooth operations and to accommodate all clients effectively, we have established the following booking and cancellation policy.

2. Booking a Service

To book a service with Midnight Water Network Analysis, clients must:

  • Submit a Request: Bookings can be made via our website, email, or over the phone. All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Confirmation: Once your booking request is received, we will confirm your appointment within [X] business hours. Confirmation will be sent to the email address or phone number provided during the booking process.

  • Prepayment/Deposit: For certain services, we may require a deposit or full prepayment to secure the booking. This will be specified at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service.

  • Cancellations Made at Least 24 Hours in Advance: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur no charge, and you may reschedule for a later date without penalty.

  • Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours: If you cancel or reschedule your service within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, you may be charged a cancellation fee of up to [X]% of the total service cost, depending on the circumstances.

  • No Show: Failure to show up for the appointment without prior notice will result in a full charge for the scheduled service, and you may be required to pay the full service fee before any future bookings are confirmed.

4. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your service:

  • Notice Period: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time.

  • Availability: We will do our best to accommodate your rescheduling request, but availability may vary based on our current schedule.

  • Rescheduling Fee: We do not charge a fee to reschedule within the 24-hour notice period. However, rescheduling requests made after the 24-hour window may incur a fee.

5. Refund Policy for Bookings

In the case of a service cancellation or failure to perform the agreed service, refunds will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Clients can refer to that policy for information on eligible refunds and the refund process.
